What is Magic Moon Storytelling?

Hello and Welcome to Magic Moon Storytelling!

My name is Faye and I'm a qualified primary school teacher with early years experience spanning over two decades. I am based in Sunderland in the Northeast of England. In my teaching and other professional roles, I have always valued the importance of storytelling and music to support and enhance children's development in communication and language, personal, social and emotional skills, creativity and imaginative skills... and so much more!

In 2025, I decided to branch out and share the joy felt in my classroom with even more children; so I created Magic Moon Storytelling.

Magic Moon Storytelling is an exciting and immersive storytelling experience, which uses a multimedia approach to bring your favourite stories to life. 

Magic moon offers Storytelling group sessions for parents and their children aged from 0-7 years and workshops for children and parents to attend to learn more about bringing stories to life at home. (Locations TBC)

What do we offer?

At Magic Moon Storytelling, we bring stories to life with our immersive and exciting storytelling sessions! 

We believe that stories shouldn’t just be read, they should be experienced! That’s why we have designed our storytelling sessions to engage and inspire children using props, music, songs and rhymes, themed lighting and thrilling sound effects. All sessions encourage child participation have music and movement elements which are guaranteed to excite and entertain our young audience! We offer a wide range of stories and themes and sessions can be developed and designed to support your curriculum and topic. 

Our specialist Early Years Teacher has worked with children aged 0-7years for the past 19 years and brings a wealth of experience, and a sprinkle of magic, to support children in developing a love of books and life long passion of reading for pleasure.

Available for bookings for Primary Schools, Early Years Settings, Libraries, and Community Centres within Tyne & Wear.
